If you join our job program there are no costs for you.

We will

• cover the costs of the necessary language course,
  
• cover all costs and fees for the visa application
  
• cover all your travel expenses.
  

We will neither reduce later your salary nor claim any other costs back.

If you join our program you pass the language course and come to Germany,

then your part of the agreement is to commit to working as a nurse in one of

our facilities for three years.

If you work for us, we make no distinction between you and your German colleagues. You will receive the same salary and the same benefits.

Of course, you will be covered by German health, long-term care, accident

and pension insurance from day one.
