about us
Our company has many years of experience in the establishment and operation of care facilities in Germany. In times of nursing staff shortages, we have also successfully recruited nursing staff from abroad and helped them to settle in Germany. It is important to us that such a step always takes place with respect for the dignity of each individual. We therefore only work with clients whose ethical stance we have already gotten to know and with whom we are certain that they also share all our values and standards.
Our current job program
We are currently looking for nursing staff for the Advent-Wohlfahrtswerk.
The Advent-Wohlfahrtswerk (AWW) is the Welfare Organization of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Germany
The AWW is looking for nurses, nursing assistants or young people who would like to train as nurses in Germany.
We are specifically looking for church members and thus for people who want to join us in fulfilling Jesus' mission of practicing charity.
We do this in our church-owned retirement homes, hospices and outpatient care services in Germany.

The Philippine Government has implemented regulations to safeguard citizens employed overseas from exploitation and abuse. These regulations are primarily outlined in the
Revised POEA/DMW Rules and Regulations Governing the Recruitment and Employment of Landbased Overseas Filipino Workers.
Our company align with these values and fully support these efforts. Therefore we do not collect the data of interested church members here. Instead we have established a joint venture with a local agency that holds a valid DMW license for employment services. All contracts are checked in advance by the POEA/DMW ad the entire departure only takes place after legally valid clearance by the POEA/DMW.
